We started by using the Impact theme. Furthermore, our team handled everything from theme enhancements to app integrations and even technical SEO. My primary contribution was in product page and ancillary page development. One of the trickiest implementations of the whole project was the design implementations. These design implementations proved challenging due to the detailed design mockups. But, with several years building out unique experiences on the web, this proved to be possible and visible thanks to Shopify’s flexible theme settings.
see liveOut of the box, Dawn doesn’t support a lot of sections, so I had to use the existing components and architecture to craft out custom components that follow design guidelines. The final product speaks for itself. It is one of the most recent works that I took on, and it comprises some of the most tricky designs to date, but, once again, with experience comes wisdom. I tackled it before the release date and the final result was approved the day before. Some of the work that I worked on was fixing the existing functionality of the login and register.
Coverflow carousel provides a custom presentation for additional items that come with the product. I used the Swiper library to accomplish the perspective or three-dimensional effect. This type of design implementation provides a way of distinguishing product
Persona columns provide a means of comparing target customers for the product.
Add to cart toggle uses a custom radio button to toggle the target product to add to cart. This functionality is most useful for enabling restrictions on options depending on what is already on the cart.
